Global Payments x Cybersource Promotion Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is valid till 6th December 2020.
2. Merchants need to create a merchant account with Global Payments using Cybersource payment gateway.
3. Eligible Global Payments merchants in Singapore can enjoy:
Fee waiver on One-time Set-Up Fee (Original Price : SGD1,000); and
50% off on First Year Annual Fee (Original Price : SGD800). This fee will be billable in the statement cycle after 90 calendar days upon successful merchant account opening with Global Payments.
Merchant Discount Rates ("MDR") will be applied during the first 90 calendar days and will continue should the Merchants continue to accept transactions with Global Payments after the 90-day Trial Period.
Eligible Global Payments merchants in Singapore are defined as merchants who enroll their details on the landing page of this specific campaign and successfully open a merchant account with Global Payments Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong Holding) Limited, Singapore Branch before the offer ends.
4. Eligible Global Payments merchants in Malaysia can enjoy:
Fee waiver on One-time Setup Fee (Original Price : MYR 1,500); and
50% off on First Year Annual Fee (Original Price : MYR 2,000). This fee will be billable in the statement cycle after 90 calendar days upon successful merchant account opening with Global Payments; and
Fee waiver on the Fixed Fee charged per transaction for the first 3 months.
Merchant Discount Rates ("MDR") will be applied during the first 90 calendar days and will continue should the Merchants continue to accept transactions with Global Payments after the 90-day Trial Period.
Eligible Global Payments merchants in Malaysia are defined as merchants who enroll their details on the landing page of this specific campaign and successfully open a merchant account with Global Payments Card Processing Malaysia Sdn Bhd before the offer ends.
5. Eligible Global Payments merchants in Philippines can enjoy:
50% off on One-time Set-up Fee (Original Price : PHP 50,000). This fee will be billable in the statement cycle after 90 calendar days upon successful merchant account opening with Global Payments; and
50% off on First Year Annual Fee (Original Price : PHP 50,000). This fee will be billable after 90 calendar days. "First Year" will commence after 90 calendar days upon successful merchant account opening with Global Payments; and
Merchant Discount Rates ("MDR") will be applied during the first 90 calendar days and will continue should the Merchants continue to accept transactions with Global Payments after the 90-day Trial Period.
Eligible Global Payments merchants in Philippines are defined as merchants who enroll their details on landing page of this specific campaign and successfully open a merchant account with Global Payments Asia-Pacific Philippines Incorporated before the offer ends.
6. Eligible Global Payments merchants in Hong Kong can enjoy:
Fee Waiver on One-time Set-Up Fees (Original Price : HKD5,000); and
50% off on First Year Annual Fee (Original Price : HKD5,000). This fee will be billable in the statement cycle after 90 calendar days upon successful merchant account opening with Global Payments; and
Merchant Discount Rates ("MDR") will be applied during the first 90 calendar days and will continue should the Merchants continue to accept transactions with Global Payments after the 90-day Trial Period.
